Attorney Jennifer L. McInerney brings 20 years of litigation experience to the firm and has tried many cases before the Chancery, Probate and Family Courts.  She has successfully represented clients in the following matters: will contests, including undue influence and lack of capacity, guardianships, conservatorships, fiduciary accountings and creditor claims.  She has extensive experience examining and cross-examining expert witnesses, including medical and financial professionals.  She has fought to protect incapacitated persons and has effectively pursued the removal of executors, trustees and administrators, who have breached their fiduciary duties.  She further provides representation in all types of matrimonial matters, including complex divorce and custody litigation, adoption, mediation, domestic violence and negotiation of support and divorce agreements.  Ms. McInerney provides estate planning services, such as the drafting and preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney and Advanced Directives for Healthcare.  With a busy Appellate Court practice, she has successfully argued before the New Jersey Supreme Court.  Her associations have included the following:
