Joanna Quick

Joanna Quick is a graduate of Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, with a minor in Psychology. She has over 15 years of experience as a paralegal in estate and trust administration, estate planning and fiduciary accounting having worked for small, boutique and large law firms throughout central and northern New Jersey. At Torzewski & McInerney, LLC, Joanna utilizes her experience and training as a paralegal to assist and guide clients through the estate administration process, including probate application, marshaling and valuing assets, preparation and filing of estate, inheritance and income tax returns and informal and judicial accountings, finalizing the estate administration and facilitating distributions to beneficiaries. Joanna's goal in working directly with clients and families is to provide them with considerate, accurate and efficient support in navigating the complexities of estate and trust administration. By capitalizing on her proficiency in current tax software, awareness of current New Jersey law, regulations, taxes and practices and her familiarity with the overall process, Joanna provides a high level of professionalism delivered within the context of understanding the difficulties in dealing with the loss of a loved one. In order to lighten the burden of clients' responsibilities in the midst of loss, Joanna can complete as much of the process on behalf of fiduciaries and beneficiaries as they may need or desire.
