Attorney Thomas N. Torzewski is an accomplished lawyer who has more than 35 years of legal experience. He obtained a legal master's (LL.M.) in taxation in 1986 and is also a certified public accountant (CPA).

Mr. Torzewski is joined by Jennifer L. McInerney, who brings significant litigation experience to the firm and has tried many probate and estate litigation cases, as well as plenary hearings, before the General Equity Probate and Family Courts. She has successfully represented clients in all types of matrimonial matters, including complex divorce litigation, adoption, mediation, domestic partnerships, civil unions, custody, domestic violence and premarital agreements.

Jennifer L. McInerney

Ms. McInerney has filed numerous appeals before the New Jersey Appellate Court and has argued and won a child custody/relocation matter resulting in a reported decision by the New Jersey Supreme Court.

In addition to 20 years of practice in family law, Ms. McInerney has federal district court experience, as well as experience handling contested matters before the New Jersey chancery division general equity and probate courts. She has represented clients in guardianship and conservatorship matters, will contests (including undue influence and lack of testamentary capacity), and cases involving the removal of executors, trustees and administrators. She was selected as a New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2006-2013, and is a member of the following legal associations:
