Jennifer L. McInerney, Esq. is a graduate of Fairfield University and Seton Hall University School of Law.  She was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1999 and the Massachusetts Bar in 2010.  She completed a clerkship with the Honorable Susan Scott, in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Family Part, Morris County in 1999.  Her practice is devoted to family law and  estate and trust litigation, including undue influence cases,  will contests and guardianship and conservatorship matters.  Ms. McInerney has extensive experience litigating complex divorce matters, including issues of valuation of businesses, alimony, and child custody as well as  modification motions and  domestic violence matters. She has significant practice experience before the New Jersey Appellate Court and has successfully argued before the New Jersey Supreme Court in Morgan v. Morgan, a child custody and relocation matter.  She is a member of the Morris County and New Jersey State Bar Associations.  Ms. McInerney also has experience in the Federal District Court of New Jersey.  She  has served as an Early Settlement Panelist for the Family Court in Morris County and has provided pro bono legal representation to women and children through the Battered Women’s Legal Advocacy Project.
