Attorney Thomas N. Torzewski is an accomplished lawyer who has 30 years of legal experience and obtained a legal master's (LL.M.) in taxation in 1986. He is also a certified public accountant (CPA). He was selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers from 2006 to 2013 and is a member of numerous legal associations, including:

Mr. Torzewski is joined by Jennifer L. McInerney, who brings significant litigation experience to the firm and has tried many non-jury cases and plenary hearings. She has successfully represented clients in all types of matrimonial matters, including complex divorce litigation, adoption, mediation, domestic partnerships, civil unions, custody, domestic violence and premarital agreements. Ms. McInerney has filed numerous appeals before the New Jersey Appellate Court and has argued and won a child custody/relocation matter resulting in a reported decision by the New Jersey Supreme Court. In addition to 13 years of practice in family law, Ms. McInerney has federal district court experience, as well as experience handling contested matters before the New Jersey chancery division general equity and probate courts. She has represented clients in guardianship and conservatorship matters, will contests including undue influence, and cases involving the removal of executors, trustees and administrators. She was selected as a New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2006-2013 and is a member of the following legal associations:
